The popular Ogene by Zoro that have been rocking the south -eastern part of Nigeria the owner of the song Ogene, during an interview said that Ogene is among the Igbo genres.

He also pointed out during the interview that each tribe is known by their culture and he said that the Igbos are good people of Nigeria, He includes that the Ogene sound is one of the most adored Igbo culture.

The Ogene sound is also used to entertain people in the Igbo land, he said that it is used during ceremony such as wedding, funeral and child dedication.

He pointed out that they OGene, that he want to promote the African culture at large that is why he called the popular Yoruoba Rappers Lil-kesh and Y-Cee to feature him the song to help promote the music to the West.
