According to information from the right source Sunday, June 26, said the former minister of aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode was assaulted by a official of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Fani-Kayode was attacked with other detainees by an EFCC operative, Suleiman Kabiru on Saturday, June 26 for saying their prayers.
The it was confirmed that Kabiru has been the only person that assault detainees who engage in saying prayers while being held under the custody of Economic and Financial Crime Commission.
From the information reaching Megaprex.blogspot.com Kabiru is a Muslim from Kebbi State of Nigeria, who angry take on the former Minister for aviation for not obeying instruction and injured the former Minister.
He however told the newsmen that Kabiru was stopped from inflicting more harm on the former minister through intervention from other officials of the commission, and since we get this report the EFCC spokesperson have refused to say anything.
The former minister was arrested or detained after he honored an invitation by the EFCC on 9th may he was detained on accusation of fraudulent act of money laundering.
The Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) said that it will be bringing the former minister alongside two others at a Federal High court in Ikoyi, Lagos on a 17-count charge bordering on fraud and money laundering.
But they judge have not appeared in the court for two times now, The family of the detainee said it is plan by the commission to keep him under custody not until Fani-Kayode was assaulted under EFCC Custody.
