Swizerland crash Out of Euro after Penalty shoot out

Poland have successful play out Swizerland in the EURO championship with a penalty as Swizerland crash Out of Euro after Penalty shoot out.
Poland plays out  Switzerland on penalties to reach the European championship  quarter finals after Xherdan Shaqiri's  overhead kick had cancelled out Jakub Blaszczykowski's first-half strike and taken the first game of the knockout stage to additional time.

Poland had more chances to counter-attack in a first half that they largely denominatate.

But a the effort  from goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski put them four against three in the 39th minute and Kamil Grosicki squeezed a pass through to Blaszczykowski to set up the midfielder for the opener.

Swizerland equalized the game at 83 minutes by Shaqiri the popular stoke city player who played for his country in the EURO competition.

Striker Haris Seferovic went even closer five minutes later when he crashed a shot off the crossbar as Poland retreated deeper into their own half.
