 Fayose's Property to be Seized by the EFCC


The Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) have been investigating on the property of the sitting Governor of Ekiti  State on the ground that Fayose is among the arm Scandal in Nigeria.

The Economic and Finacial Crime Commission after the warning by the Peoples Democratic Party's Governor's Forum that they leave the government of  Fayose alone owning to his private account frozen by the commission.

The EFCC have not  stop investigating the account owning to the fact that it is constitutional to investigate the account of a sitting Governor.

The big question is whether what the EFCC is doing is Constitutionally or not according to commission the said that it is constitutionally that they are not in breach to Fayose's Constitutional rights according to section 3o8 of the 1999 constitution of the federal republic of Nigeria.

But Fayose will keep on saying that they are breaching his constitutionally rights as a sitting Governor of Ekiti State.

Now the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC)  are still going around seizing his property including his house at Abuja, Lagos and Dubai in short the EFCC have taken drastic action against Fayose.
